I’m a San Francisco–based fitness coach with over 9 years of experience in Personal Training and Group Fitness Coaching

I’ve worked across a wide range of gyms, logging thousands of hours of personal training and more than 300 hours coaching group classes. I’m currently the only CrossFit coach in San Francisco to hold a Level 3 distinction, and I’m also a Certified CrossFit Gymnastics Coach.

My experience allows me to design effective, individualized programs for both beginners and experienced athletes. I specialize in introducing newcomers to strength training while also building higher-level capacity for athletes who want to progress safely and intentionally.

Training Philosophy

My approach to training is rooted in biomechanics and long-term athletic development. Programs are structured around fundamental human movement patterns:

Squat, Hinge, Vertical + Horizontal Push and Pull, Unilateral Knee- and Hip-dominant work, locomotion, Core (pelvic and thoracic), and rotation.

In practice, this means prioritizing large compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press, alongside fundamental calisthenics movements like pull-ups and push-ups supported by targeted conditioning and mobility work.

Training is guided by principles of progressive overload, movement quality, and appropriate fatigue management to build strength, resilience, and sustainable performance over time.
